How to get to the city center of Eindhoven

The easiest way to get from the airport to the city center, where the main railway station is located, is by bus. Take bus number 401, which runs every 10 minutes and takes 30 minutes. You can buy a ticket from one of the ticket machines at the exit of the airport terminal and two at the bus stop. Single tickets cost €5.2 and must be purchased for the day of travel. If you don’t have a ticket, you can use a contactless bank card, just touch it to the terminal when you get on and off the bus. The fare will be deducted according to the distance traveled. Both options work well, use whichever is more convenient for you.

If you don’t want to take the bus, there are several taxi companies to choose from. The fare from the airport is around €40.

The iconic Evoluon

is a futuristic building that once served as a science museum and conference center. Since then, it functioned as a conference center without public access. By the end of 2018, Foolen & Reijs purchased the building to reopen it to the public. Since the arrival of Next Nature in 2021, the building once again became accessible to the public at the end of that same year.
